Hebert vs Arcement
Navarre vs Coogan
Team Coogan
Team Coogan and Team Navarre traded punches early, with the first 12 minutes tightly contested on both ends. The opening half turned into a defensive grind, and Team Coogan took control heading into the break with a 28–19 lead. Team Navarre made a push in the second half behind a strong stretch from captain Boo-Boo and Josh Wilson, briefly cutting into the deficit. But Team Coogan never lost its composure, matching every run and closing the game out strong. Richard led the way with 20 points, followed by Coogan with 18, Guillaume with 14, and Pecue adding 3. The win moves Team Coogan to 7–2 on the season, while Boo-Boo’s squad falls to 2–7 and officially enters desperation mode.

Brantley vs Ferrrara
Team Brantley
In what might go down as the most defensively aggressive game in BRAAS history, Team Brantley muscled out a gritty 47–37 win over Team Ferrara. And don’t let that final score fool you—this one was a full-on street fight in gym shoes.
It was swarming man-to-man defense from Team Brantley versus the long, lurking 2-3 zone of Team Ferrara. A beautiful tribute to the lost art of defense, really. Coaches everywhere were nodding approvingly. We will not talk about the missed layups. We will not mention the bricked, wide-open threes that refused to cooperate. Nope. Not for an 8pm tip with this collection of seasoned athletes. This was defense. Pure defense. That’s the story and we’re sticking to it.
Offensively, it turned into the Faircloth vs. Towles Show, with both guys clearly running on a different battery brand than the rest of the league. Faircloth poured in 18, while Towles added 14—impressive numbers, even while both were held well below their casual 23-point averages. That’s how you know the defense was real.
Team Brantley countered with balance, spreading the scoring love and getting multiple players into the 8-point club, which led to the night’s most memorable almost highlight. Rusty Seacrist launched a daring cross-court alley-oop to Nathan Neames, who heroically caught… the bottom of the rim. Neames immediately gave the respectful “my bad” chest tap, but was later overheard suggesting that with a slightly better pass, that thing was getting flushed. Debate remains ongoing.
The turning point came in the third quarter, when Team Brantley unleashed a defensive clinic that would’ve made the Legends League jealous—holding Team Ferrara to just two points. Yes. Two. At that point, Team Brantley pulled away, slammed the door, and politely ended the game early with a 10-point win.
Final score: Team Brantley 47, Team Ferrara 37.
Defense lives. Layups are overrated.

OT
Wow what a game! In an OT thriller both captains battled it out with Team Boyce coming out on top, trying to secure the pivotal playoff bye.
First quarter TB was hitting on all cylinders jumping out to a double digit lead against the TL zone as half their team was out Sunday (props to Tejas for the sub).
Second quarter TB got a bit sloppy and some turnovers and missed buckets and tight defense let TL back in the game.
Steady buckets by Boyce and Haggai in the third quarter built just enough lead despite big buckets by Lambert and Macha.
The fourth quarter was a blur for TB as TL hit some big threes by Macha, Lambert, and Dean. When they elected to begin fouling we knew we had a dub. Except we went ice cold from the FT line….
OT was a couple of quick buckets for TB with the captain sinking the three for the win. Very hard fought game by both teams, great to see playoff intensity this late in the regular season. Hopefully pseudo captain Dmo’s dick beaters heal up in time for the playoffs and the squad hits the floor running.

Dornier vs Tate
Team Dornier
Team Tate 46, Team Dornier 39
I will say our team play valiantly and hustled their tails off vs a very good Team Tate, lead by their captain, Kevein who hurt us immensely
With only 5 players, and then only 4 with 4 minutes to go, we played hard — Had Captain Dornier made the open 3s he took we may have won!! But great play from Steve Davis, JAmes Gibbons, Freddy Smith and Aaron Bass to give us a fighting chance in the game
Great game, and kudos to Team Tate
