Thank you to everyone who stayed to watch the softball all star game last night. Great job by DJ Menck and Dixon McMakin providing music and commentary throughout the game. Big thanks as well to our special guest umpires Lynn Johnson, Kerry Bueche, Lane Pitre, and Jeff Hurst.
Team May started out slow going down 5-1 in the first inning. At the end of the second inning the score was 6-6, but that would be the last time the game was close. The next few innings TM pitcher, Sean Murray, was nearly unhittable as his offense continued to stack up runs on Team PW. Team May totaled 8 home runs in the game lead by Clay Harris and Taylor Calandro, who each had 2. Justin Navarre, Jacob Holaway, Ryan D’Amico, and Brandon Pitre each also had 1.
Following the game, Clay Harris was named MVP of the 2021 All Star Game.
In the end, it was a beat down that wasn’t as close as the final score and may cause Pat Walker to lay in bed the next few nights and think what he could have done differently. The answer is nothing, of course, except leave the pants wearing to Beav in the future.

Team May 18

Team Walker 12

Thank you again to everyone else who helped make the night go smoothly:
